Shipment
Orders received and confirmed within 11 a.m. during working days leave the day after.
The delivery time is 5 working days after the shipment of the package, from Valstar to the courrier.
Valstar will deliver all the products to the courrier within 2 working days, except the "Be one and Only" products that will be delivered to the courrier within 15 working days from the order date.
We don’t deliver and we don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday and during holidays
At the transmission of the order, please confirm an address where the courier can always find someone from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and specify the name on the door bell.
The Courier does not get in contact by telephone. The delivery time is at the courier’s discretion.
You can track the delivery status of your order directly on the courier’s website. The day after the shipment, Valstar will transmit an email with the tracking number for you to check the delivery directly on the courier website.

Shipping cost for Switzerland, Japan and USA is 50 Euro
The surcharge for cash on delivery is 15 Euro
Any taxes, duties and other charges imposed by laws of the state where the Products are being shipped to and delivered will be entirely borne by the Customers. Only upon delivery of Products will the Customers directly pay these to the tax or customs authorities, that is to say to the courier in charge of the delivery.
